Hi, what are the problems that everyone getting on the Xbox1 games (DDe,DO...etc)?

I'm getting a message when I put an Xbox1 game in

Original Xbox Game

This original Xbox game is not supported on your Xbox 360 console. An update to support this game may be available. For more info. Go to www.xbox.com/games.

Version: 1.0

Is this the problem every ones getting or do I have a different issue altogether?

And I haven't updated to 5.1 still on 5.0.

Is it safe to make my MS25 drive report as MS28? I have 4.2b on there right now, and I would keep it that way, except that I like some of the new features 5.1 has.

if you have an ms25 with the std ms28 based 4.x and you have done the latest update from xbl, then yes you are safe.

Hello a quick question
I have a MS25
what is the most appropriate option to choose
when creating the new hacked firmware ?

Enter A for Report as MS28 (Standard)
        B for Report as MS25

Choosing the wrong report could end in a E66 or ?

Thx for the info

I have an MS25 that has MS28 f/w on it and I have no problems with the newest update, however, I am one of the few lucky ones who dont have a problem.  If you have an MS25 then you might as well report it as such so you dont have to worry about that problem.

some yes, most no.  the default.xbe has to be untouched.  and this is still the trial period untill all the testing and stuff has been done.  If you read the 1st part of the post, they are asking for people to report what is and is not working along with the vital info of each system used and how the games were created.

I guess I got my xbox360 just in time for this awesome release.
Thanks C4e and everyone else here.

I was just hoping to get a walk-through on how to flash a fresh stock ms25 with this firmware, because all of the other guides talk about older firmwares and none talk about 5.x.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thank You,
Cory

can someone elaborate on the dual speed versions (C & D)? when does a 360 game need to read slow? or is that for xbox1 games?  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/uhh.gif)

yeah I would like clarification too if possible..

I assume 5.1A and B are the same as always right?   then what is C & D?

:::EDIT:::

Answered my own question I believe...    Dual speed is "multi speed" so I am assuming it goes fast when needed and slow when needed or "allowed"   .. how does it do this lol      I like the new fimrware it is spectacular good work C4e very nice.

This is probably a dumb question but if I burn a cd at 2.4x is that the maximum it will be able to be read at?

no not at all  ..

the speed WILL determine the burns "depth"   a slow burn is burned "deeper" then a fast burn .

QUOTE(infamous_Q @ Dec 26 2006, 12:11 PM) *

what ever hapened to the hitachi development? i'm pretty sure the last update we got was the end of october...2 mos later we're still waiting on media stealth...i don't mean to whine or bitch or ne thing...but hitachi is getting seriously dominated by the progress on the samsung drives.

Good work on C4E's part though, this new qwix tool, will it be used through the ehternet port or still connecting the drive to the PC?

On a side note..if i were to use a sammy-media stealth backup on a hitachi drive would there be a benefit? (my roommate has a samsung so i can backup my games using his) i know that the hitachi can't RIP or recognize the PFI DMI w/e sectors, but if i'm using a stealth media backup and the game checks the disc sectors will it still appear to be media stealthed or will it appear to be just a regular backup w/o patching? Thanks to whomever answers that.

Dude, dont post things like that. I'm not trying to be mean but it will come when it comes. Be thankful you even have a modded 360.
