When I Try Xbox1 Backup Says Contact Xbox.com

There are several reason this could be happening.

One could be the layout of the files, or your bitsetting for the disc. Check http://layouts.xbox-scene.com/ for the layout of the game, and check if you are bitsetting the disc to DVD-ROM. Either way a new version of the firmware will be coming out soon to address some issues, so its your choice if you want to wait a little.

Yeah, thats part of the update if I'm not mistaken. Auto BitSetting is not active for single layer.

I suggest you wait for the new firmware. Other wise use BitSetting if possible, and make sure you are using the same layout as the original, small games seem to work best.

You can find all that was discovered about the process by reading the 28 page post here.
