Hi alexr1,
This is just a guess only the original programmer of the app would know the exact reason for the message but .... I'm guessing that your original dump isn't 100% for this reason the Smart Hacker routine can't resolve the proper hooks/address offsets within your original firmware to apply the hack.

Can you confirm that you didn't take the Orignal dump using a SIL chipset (which are a known problem)? What chipset did you use?

thanks m8 for the reply,yea maybe this is.i have  order the known pci sata -ide controller.my board is the asus p4p800 deluxe which had worked fine with older hitachi and samsung ms25
