at least C4E supports his firmware releases quickly...he BETTER because the risks are very high.
You became responsible for any possible risk when you decided to flash your drive. For doing so the worse that can happend is the you damage your equipment.
QUOTE
But I dont like him using the public for his beta testing..that is very dangerous...
C4e takes absolutely no responsibility for what you do with his firmware. After he released version 5.0, did get go to your house and put a gun to your head and forced you to install it?
QUOTE
more caution on these releases is mandatory and the MODs seem to be ignoring this fact.
Show me where on the forums you can download this firmware.

IRIEZ,
you still did NOT answer my question:
why did you wait until p24 to mention that v5.1 was available to fix these problems.?
Obviously I'am not Iriez, but he did not mention it was to fix these issues. Iriez had no idea there was a problem, he was trying to help out people having difilcuties getting games to work, as his Xbox 1 games worked fine. Iriez was doing the real beta testing, I thought you did not like public beta testing.
QUOTE
a good MOD would have closed the thread immediately and issued a warning NOT to use v5.0 and pulled the firmware pending updates that fix the compatabiliuty problems...
If Iriez is not a good MOD I suggest you look out for your account. If you look back on this thread you will see there are many people who are using there Xbox 1 games with this firmware. I myself have an old DVD-R of a game I like that works with this Firmware.

he is using you guys as a Guinnee Pig and i don't like that policy its wreckless.
My friend just called me and told me C4e broke into his house and put a gun to his head and made him flash his drive with version 5.3c.

I said from the start v5.0 is buggy and is obsolete and should not be used...now we know why.
The Search feature on the website does not work, so I can not search for your username to see these postings. Would you be so kind as to show us?
You are not the only one who believes that it should not be used, Call this number 1-800-469-9269 and ask them which firmware you should use.
