Crap so just in case anybody was wondering    i did the reformat on my dell got everything up to date etc... and got the same it did go into modeb but windows didnt detect it tried again with my hp and got the same cannot read from drive error, so im done im going to buy one thats already modded or maybe  trade or work out a deal with this one since i didnt mess it up after all i was just playing GTA4 live. Anyways thanks for all the help.
