Help Gettin Error 0021

hi can some one please help have 360 with hitachi drive in and keep gettin error 0021 (dvd drive timeout). are there anyways to fix this problem. i have been told it could be due to a bad flash is this correct? please help!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
