Quick "level of difficulty" x360 modding question.

If I was able to mod my orig xbox with the 29 pin soldering enigmah chip, should I be able to handle installing one of these new x360 chips that lets me play my safe-keeping backups?

Perhaps a silly question, but are the pins/contacts smaller, anything especially more difficult compared to installing an enigmah?
