Samsung Ms-25 Drive Issues

Lately I've been getting the "open tray" message when putting in a game, I tried the rubberband solution and it worked for about a day and now none of my games will work.

Anyone have a solution or suggestion to remedy this issue? Could I replace the lens in the drive and get things working, or would I need to replace the entire drive? I've only had this xbox 360 for about a month so I'm hoping there's a way to fix this.

Is the Samsung still making that "grinding" noise when it's trying to read your backup, even after the rubberband?

What burner are you using?
