Problems With Hitachi-lg Gdr-3120l Drive

I followed Textbook's writeup for flashing this drive. I got it into B mode with the Slax disc and flashed it in Windows successfully, with "Maximus-Garyopa_XTRM-HITACHI_v2_3_Stealth_Rev2". The backup process went smoothly as well. Unplugged everything and hooked up the sata cable back to how it was in the xbox and now when i turn the console on i get 3 red lights.

Anyone have any idea what i did wrong? I never received any errors while flashing and everything is hooked up how i found it in the console.
