To Flash Or Not To Flash?
« on: November 27, 2006, 11:38:00 AM »

Hello.

Im considering to flash my Xbox 360 to get the possibility to play backups.
I've heard somebody are getting errors after flashing their drives and updating the console, but that this can be fixed by reflashing. Could a future update possibly destroy/lock a console totally if its flashed or will it always be possible to recover by reflashing?

Thanks a lot.

If you get errors you can reflash your drive..

and you could brick your drive and have to buy a new drive..

If your scared of updates then stay off of Live or don't flash your 360. By hacking your 360 your fully accepting anything that can happen, so if that bothers you then don't flash the FW.
