Hello. I managed t get it working. I think the black cable going into the DVD drve was loose. Thatnks for all of your help at Xbox-Scene! I wouldn't have flashed this MS28 without you! I have flashed it with 4.2b firmware and it's as quiet as a mouse!!!!!

Textbook has said you don't need an MTK-based drive if you use Boke's Hex Edit in Xtreme Boot Maker.

Ok I read the whole topic but do i really need a mtk based dvd rom connect to my card or i can get that working whitout that cause i got a lg4167b and i dont think it is mtk-based (so i would need to buy a new dvd drive if this is the case)

other thing is that i read the tutorial for 360mod and i think it's form text book and it doesn't said that i need this
