Noob Guide For Flashing My Xbox360?

hi all, can someone gimme a link of flashing guide for hitachi drive. im sure theres a noob friendly step-by-step guide but i really couldn't find one, im hoping someone here can share it to me. my xbox 360 was manufactured on febuary-2006 so i have no problem on any firmware..

thanks dude, what about the xbox live, will i risk my xbox live accout if i have a modified firmware?

guys, should i modify my xbox 360 dash board first before flashing my firmware? i would let my friend flash my firmware for me, he's more exprience than i am so less trouble.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/muhaha.gif)
