Flashed it first time on another computer    , and it was the find.exe missing thanks everybody for all your help very much apree

It's possible that the find.exe command is missing from your pc. Try to search the system drive ( normally c:) for find.exe. For Xp it should be found in windows\system32.
Another way to test if the "find" is the problem is to go to start, run, type cmd, enter. You will get a black screen. Type find /?. if it shows the find.exe options then the problem is somewhere else. If it shows error , try to copy the find.exe from another pc with the same operating system.
