Xtreme firmware v2.0 for Toshiba-Samsung TS-H943

Bobjh, are you making sure that you keep your AV cable plugged in to the back of your 360 when trying to make your backup? If it's not kept plugged in it can 'cause the system to shut down. Also because the 360 drive is not designed to work with Windows it's normal (or at least something that should be expected}, for Windows to freeze when the 360 is shut down while connected to your PC.

Hope this helps

ok i finally got everything burned and such and it was downloaded from the net already patched with the ss.bin and i burned it to a DVD+R DL using CloneCD and when i put it into my modded 360 the little bar at the bottom of the dashboard went to reading.... for about 20 seconds then just went to unrecognized disk... so what did i do wrong was it in the modding of the DVD drive? or maybe the burning of the game..... any help is appriciated.

Copy like above picture from your original.bin, Open the xtreme.bin and paste it over the same part, Then save has what ever you want to call it, Thats how i done it for my original flash with the first release of the firmware, But i dont know if its changed with the 2.0 firmware.

It is the same with every firmware...

Make sure you do an OVERWRITE and not an INSERT when you paste.

Look at the last address of the file... it should not change when you paste.  (i.e. when you insert by accident the end of the file gets longer)

to burn the Enable0800 file do I just use Nero like I would if I was burning a movie?

and using a DVD+R DL
