First off thanks for any info. Yes I am a newbie to electronic stuff. Could you please be a little more specific on the new 1k Resistor cross wire method? I understand that you would solder a 1k resister to one of the wires, but do you still only touch the wires together for a second when the 360 starts or is it suppost to be solderd together as one piece? This will stop the drives from becomming bricked? Thanks again.
