Yes, there are many emulators for the PC, search on google for FCE ultra (thats a good nes emu) search goolge for pc emu stuff, it isnt illegal and much easier to find

i think the only exclusive emu for the xbox is xenesis..

all the emus began there (in the pc)...

so you can find fceultra or nesticle for nes

snes9x and zsnes for nes...

and much more...even emus that the xbox doesnt have like a saturn emu.

 xenesis was ported from gens on the pc, it was carcharius's (or however you spell his name) other emulator speXtrum (spectrum emulator made for xbox) that is exclusive

 There aren't any emulators that are packaged or distributed with roms such as Metal Gear.  You're on your own for that part.

 i would recomend blumsx for the original metal gear on pc and blumsxbox for xbox.

but for the metal gear roms your on your own.

but for metal gear solid on the psone epsxe for pc and pcsxbox for the xbox emulator.
again for that you'd be on your own for the rom.

Perhaps you should go to a pc emulator fourm. this fourm is for running emulators on the xbox.
