Yeah, but if you really really really have to squeeze it to a CDR, you can start with heavily downsampling the videos (Obviously the videos folder), that saves you around 60 megs.

You'd be better off getting it off Live Marketplace (if it's available in US that is) or burning the whole kiosk disk using a DVD-R, DVD writers are what, like $20 now. Might aswell get one, it's cheaper than a game.
