Flashing Zephyr - Freeboot
« on: July 18, 2010, 11:07:00 AM »

OK. Here is the situation. I have a Zephyr box that when dumping the NAND got multiple errors. I dumped 10 times and 4 were 150 and 6 were 158. I used NAND Compare and the 4 were able to compare so I used those as my dumps.
I tried freeboot over and over with the different dumps and got e71 error each time. NOTE: while writing the dump either from the original dumps or the freeboot I get error 202 programming at 19A.
I have followed these tutorials and gotten nowhere:

I have my cpu key, drive key and OSIG key. I also have a kv from a falcon box, which is what I used to import into my NAND.
I continue to get the christmas lights and e71. Can anyone help? Do I need a donor NAND and if so from where? I have scoured the internet for hours for donors but this is my first time requesting one.

If you're using freeBOOT 0.32 you can't swap keyvaults, it will give you Christmas Lights, but the 202 errors aren't good either. You probably need to ground your LPT cable to the 360's chassis or your PCi's chassis or something, and shorten yours cables.
