Pirs/live Headers.

Hi to all!
 I'd like to know some info about RSA and SHA1 in PIRS/LIVE headers.
 First of all - what is hex-code after PIRS of LIVE? All right, the code from 0x6 to 0xB is Console ID, but what is other info (0x4-0x5 and 0xC-0x103) and how does it create (any kind of CRC or encryption with Public/Private Key)?
 Second - which code part is taken to create SHA1 (0x32C-033F)?
