Xbox1 Title Updates On Jtagged Console?

been trying to get title updates installed on my Xbox 360 and haven't been able to. is it possible? with the release of the hacked compatibility files last week i was trying to get this to work. if i download them on a non jtagged console and transfer the files it don't work. the updates seem to be tied to the console in which it was first downloaded on. same goes for any DLC content i think... i was able to do this on my original Xbox1 console years ago but i guess not on the 360
