Hey everyone, I'm posting here because I have the same problem (black and white xbr, on pal falcon and non-hd tv).
As I didn't do the dumps myself (a friend did), I don't know for sure if he used nandpro orig.bin: -r16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2, or nandpro orig.bin: -r16 rawconfig 2de 2. He mentioned he tried dumping with both commands, because he had read it somewhere and got confused. Which would be the correct command? After injecting rawkv.bin and rawconfig.bin into xbr and flashing to the nand, it went to error 79.
I had read here in the forums that sometimes problem comes from injecting rawconfig.bin before or after flashing xbr, that it wasn't that important, so I told him to flash without rawconfig.bin, and the flash went good, no errors. He played a game just to test it out, and he has hdtv and didn't report anything, so I'm thinking xbr is on some sort of default for this? like ntsc on pal plays black and white?
Can you give me some advice? Should I just dump rawconfig.bin from orig.bin again, and then try to inject it to xbr? Is it 3de 2 or 2de 2? Is the same for reading/writing?

Thanks for sharing knowledge, if it wasn't for these forums and scene we would be powerless on our own systems.

Ok, so I can't sleep right now, and found this post http://forums.xbox-s...&...t&p=4638322 and . Is this true?
Also my wireless controller isn't being picked up. Should I try injecting rawconfig.bin? We don't have a 330ohm resistor on j2d2.4 - j2d2.7 (don't know if this helps), all dumps were sucessfull, matched and had no errors.

My wireless controller works fine, I was being a little paranoid, I think. Forgot about the little button to reassign nearby controllers on the console.
My xbr is fine, and I don't need rawconfig.bin injected - still have to try out ftp transfers though - what I need is a full hd tv
