how many dump do u take before flashing XBR to your 360?? if your key vault is ok then you can use a donor nand file to flash your 360.

i try build a donor nand 1888.bin for my zephyre....after flashing xbox dont power on, and dont read/write from nand memory....

anyway are you using XBR rev3?? cause earlier XBR build have this kind of problem and need to be PIN short method to retrieve the nand.

ya thats the common problem few days back when a broken XBR released. I dont remember exactly but some kind of PIN short magically fix this problem. You can find on old XBR released thread
