How To Boot Xexmenu As The Main Dashboard?

put it on a dvd and set your 360 to auto launch it on startup. Thats the best you can do without messing with system files

In the future we may see NAND images explicitly for this.  I think before this happens we'll have to see a few more development cycles.  Before we start booting into alternate dashboards we need to be sure that they are not buggy.

with the new xexmenu can u not change n move files about in flash ?
why not rename dash.xex and bang in teh xexmenu.xex as dash.xex

worht a shot
if u have a good dump of the nand its not a problem

I think it's read only and you can't the xex file, you need the skins, etc, etc.


Maybe using QuickBoot's default.xex with config.ini might work

But to add the following lines:

hdd1:\xexmenu.xex
usb0:\xexmenu.xex
flash1:\dash.exe



So if none of the first 2 boot, it should look for the last file which is the orignal dash.exe on flash.


Maybe injecting to the XBR NAND via PC program might work, but I don't know.
