To get the cpukey you need to run xell.
LB1 is the same on every xbox 360 so google it.

You cant change the region if you have been on xbox live in the last 2 months because your lb1 has been updated to a unhackable one so you cant get your cpukey with xell.

If you have your cpukey your fine tho, and there is a change you might get banned.
Region code not matching what is set for the serial number.

So with the Xell hack is it possible to change the region without loading up linux.
1. backup nand
2. flash Xell and get cpu key
3. open flashtool insert CPU key and 1BL key
4. extract keyvault
5. patch keyvault and patch back into nand
6. flash new nand

and CB 5766, CD 5766, CE 1888

any help plz

I dont think its possible to region switch atm, something has changed: http://forums.xbox-s...p;gopid=4539388 i had the same problem as you.

Has your Xbox ever been back to Microsoft?

Wiping your ass the wrong way could get you banned by m$. Any modification of any sort is grounds for banishment, so it all comes down to the level of risk your willing to take, and the level of modding you perform. Does this change the actual output of the video signal? Or just what region it will boot?
I suppose there is a difference in video output between a NTSC and a PAL console?

Im thinking about buying a jtagable NTSC, 360 and Im in Europe.
