Sorry, but I think it's over for your console.
(usually it's recommanded to first dump original firmware and read the drive key from it. you must keep it preciously. then you can go forward, flash ixt drive firmware -that implies tool can at least read the drive key or get it from you- and then attempt to get cpu keys for more fun by booting patched KK)

It's unusual to destroy the drive key in drive firmware, normally nowadays tools always read it and backup it first... You got bad luck it seems.

I dont think you need a valid key/drive combo
try unspoofing it and see if it loads up

I'm sorry if this has already been answered before but I have bought several xboxes from ebay to repair and resell, well i have some that they can't read games but can read movies....figureing that the keys don't match?? Is there not a way to match up the keys together? Because you have to have the KK game to boot up the livecd? Just not sure what I can do there...

scratch my last post...i just found the thread that talked about it....it can't be done....damnit!!

Never mind, it's working now. I had to run dhcp server on the PC that I connected to xbox
Hi looks like you had the same problem, you need to run dhcp to assign an IP to xbox, try using this free DHCP server, this worked fine for me, here is the link:

http://tftpd32.jouni...tftpd32.323.zip

Just a quick question, is that a problem if I get a bunch of errors after executing the "sudo ./tmbincdump-read2", or is it OK?

Here is part of the log:

/var/tmp$ sudo ./tmbincdump-read2
error reading 00007c00: 00000380
error reading 00007c01: 00000380
error reading 00007c02: 00000380
error reading 00007c03: 00000380
error reading 00007c04: 00000380

Thanks,
-B

ok i too am getting the "could not load host key" problem

the above post says to use tftpd32 and dhcp to assign an IP to xbox
I have no idea how to do this, all im trying to do is get my efuses and cpu key.

any help would be most apriciated, thx

Sure would be nice if you can just read the nand. then install something on it. then reflash it to the unit and get your keys  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Hey guys just joined up this forum have a BIG question wanted to know if you could help me!

First of all is there any software that changes the DVD region of a game ex: from pal to free!

second of all i currently own a X-box 360 NTSC/U but in Iran the sheer amount of games are either pal or free.
is it possible to change the firmware of my X-box in order to be able to play pal games on it or is it possible to upgrade to NTSC/J since my friend's X-box which is NTSC/J is reading pal games as well..!!!

I would appreciate your help in this matter! uhh.gif
