Funning Ux On The 360
« on: May 12, 2007, 11:59:00 AM »

Ok so reading some stuff about how to mod Halo 2 on the 360 gave me a great idea. The only problem is that I have no way of testing this idea with my 360. I have no way, currently, to connect my 360 HD to my PC. (I have no SATA card in my PC, don't want to void the HD warranty, and don't have the $ for XSATA) My idea is to use the Splinter Cell exploit to load UnleashX. It would simply consist of connecting the HD to the PC and copying over the folders exactly how they are on the Original Xbox to the 360's Xbox section. You can get this exploit from the "usual places". I just want someone to test and see if it will load UX. If it will someone may be able to think of a way to take this further.

Edit: I fell stupid. It is supposed to be called "Running UX on the 360" Grr...

How do you know? Have you tried it? At least give me an explanation as to why it would not work. That way I can learn.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
