the anwser is NO! you cant the xbox 360 has not been hacked yet it might have been we dont know yet

Anyway if you want to change the background picture you find ur pic and click X I think. You can't do anything else to the dash at this point.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Me closing this....is probably the biggest favor I could do for you.  Cause I see a crowd coming, and they all have a bag of flames for you.  There is no way to add a dashboard besides the current MS one.
