Xbox 360 Auto Booting Siosk Disc

I was checking craigslist for xbox 360 games and I came across that someone is selling ISO of the auto booting xbox 360 disc. I read news regulary and haven't seen any posting about the topic or did I miss one?. here is the link.

is old news, just the very first disk from the demo pods, was able to boot from burned media with modified data but has been patched in live updates, wast very usefull anyway besides the flash player
