what does the 360 have to do with VM?
The host would be your pc running VM or am i wrong?

RavenSlayer, I dont think you under stand what I'm saying.

I'm not talking about VMware running on the Xbox or a PC.  I am refering to how a VM (Virtual Machine aka HyperVisor) can have vulnerabilities in it.
