Would This Reduce The Risk..

If I were to mod my xbox, and create an offline (non-xbox live) account on which backups were played (instead of the six live accounts that share my xbox), would that reduce risk of being banned, since achievements never reach xbox live even when I do connect to the internet?

MS doesn't care about the account itself, the console is banned, independantly from the profile/account used.
and MS doesn't need achievements to detect if you are running a backup.
