I've got QuakeX up and running ok but I can't seem to be able to invert the look on the right thumbskick so forward (or up) looks down and backwards (or down) looks up.

I've tried the options in the game to invert mouse but changing this doesn't seem to do anything.......

I've also loooked in the control configuration set up in the game but when choosing the option to configure the controls for looking it won't respond to the analog skick movement and will only accept inputs from the xbox pad buttons.........

Can anybody help me please?

First off, this should be in the HOMEBREW SECTION. That aside...

Quake X has a problem with the config files, no matter what you do to them, they always get overwritten when you start the game, so if you analog is not working right now, go in and delete the config file and let Quake X make a new one, after the new one is make, exit the game, FTP into your XBOX, and edit the config file with notepad, use Notepad's FIND option to search for the word INVERT. It is set to 0, so set it to 1, then save and upload it back to your XBOX. This is the ONLY thing Quake X will allow you to change at the moment.

Lantus has this fixed, but is waiting to release the next version of Quake X when he has the OpenGl code all finished.  <

Me neither, Lantus (that crack monkey) seems to LOVE it that way though, otherwise I'd be playing the beta of Duke 3D as well. :/  <

Duke 3d, thats another pain.

How do you get this to work? Is it like quake2x where you need the pc game to be ftped over to the xbox along with the downloaded stuff from xbins?

Plus, while i'm on the subject.... Does anybody know if quake2x from xbins will work with a demo version of quake 2?

Thanks.
