NME 360 v2 still need convert image. recommend globe 360 v2, abit harder to install than nmeV2 but its worth it.

- support dual firmware. eg bank1 -> xtreme, bank2 -> globe 360 firmware (same features support as xtreme)
- leave original fw chip untouch (can flashable, not recommended)
- easy fw upgrade (usb).
