Ok I am so out of the loop...    But i am currious...  If I buy a Blaster 360 with Solderless Hitachi Fix from Team Xecuter, what else do I need?  It sounds like I can just simply flash my DVD firmware from there without the use of a mod chip.

Next,    All the mod-chips are still just bypassing the firmware on the DVD player?  No real mod chip solutions yet availbe?

Region free...?  Is this an option yet?


The risk of being Banned from Xbox live.  This is most worrisome, what is the safes solutions to prevent this.

I have been doing a lot of reading on these forums lately and from what I see, if you mod your xbox 360 chances are you will get banned.  Even if you are playing real disks on live and backups off of live you still run risk of getting banned.  So if you really like playing online I would get a second xbox or just not do it at all.
