Halo 3 Xbox 360

Hi im in the Tamba Bay area and need someone to flash or install a firmware..I got a hitachi drive, and ive been reading and everything is SO TECHNICAL...Its a halo 3 edition 360 with a        Hitachi GDR-3120L Xbox 360 DVD.
