I was wondering I have accidentally gone onto my live account while playing a back-up on both my modded 360s (XENO-360s in both) hitachi 46 and samsung ms28 and have not been banned how is this possible, bear in mind I only played single player it was by mistake but I have never played multiplayer with the chip on, by multiplayer i don't mean split screen I mean online. Any help would be appreciated.
Update: I've gone online seven times and have not been banned, pehaps the combination of my xeno 360 and my linksys router have saved me from being banned because of the linksys firewall and constant ip address change let me know, what you think this could be a breakthrough, will give more updates as I go on.

To quote my predecesors here, you know what they're saying its not working, this is an old post I copied and pasted without thinking uit actally has worked now for seven months with spring update crackdown halo 3 beta and anything else you can throw at it when do you expect me to fall i don't care i got two other consoles but let me know.

you'd get banned if MS checks whether you play backups or not.

because otherwise I dont see how they can detect a chip if its not even physically powered on when you go online.
