Need Help To Identify This 360 Mod Chip

This is all I have been able to find so far, but it is amazingly uninformative in nature.  I appears to be a company in china o.O

I am hoping there is a wiring diagram floating around somewhere but almost no information appears in this link except the picture of the chip.

Just go to www.team-underdog.com and follow the diagram for the Samsung NME v1.2 install.  Im surprised you didn't figure it out yourself that all you had to do was go to the NME site  tongue.gif
