NME 1.2 - BANNED - did not connect the network disable wire.

It's rubbish - NME 1.2 has no defense against the bans unless you used the network disable.  And even then we don't know if MS found a way to detect it with an original.  It's all speculation - but I know this about it - the xbox I had the NME 1.2 in - is still banned.
