i am thinking about using a 1.1 on my hitachi 59 drive. the reason i want to go with the 1.1 instead of the 1.2 is there is a lot less soldering to do. my question is, is anyone out there using this chip? how well does it work? any issues i should know about? BTW i will not be using xbox live. so i am not concerned about that. some info would be greatly appreciated. thanks
