Nme V1.2 - Network Shutoff Working?

I am not 100% sure with the firmware mod chip, but I have a flashed drive and I play backups on Live all the time. Again, this just with the flash. I am not sure how the chip works differently.

I figured out my problem.  The network wire had become undone.  Now that it is secured again, I can confirm that the network link light does in fact go out when the activity LED goes out.
