They suckkkkkkkk. After 2 minths of wasting money on drives and dvdrs, without a reply from them (by phone or email), I decided to open my xbox360. And there were 2 disconnected cables from the modchip. I cant solder for crap! I dont know what to do now. Gues Ill try to fix it myself though. THis really su (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grr.gif) cks.

Hi I work at gocybershop and we answer all of our emails and phone calls.  You can reach us between 9-5pm  eastern standard time monday through friday  519-884-5545 or email  [email protected].  We test all our machines thoughly before being shipped.  If some wires came off during shipping we have no problem fixing your console.  There is a 30 day warranty with every console.  You could have read our return polices and sent the console back no problem.  We will still except it under warranty as long as you haven't opened the console.  Bashing us on the net isn't going to fix your console, please contact us and we can help you.

I emailed gocybershop.ca on about January 17 2006 and never received a responce.  It was regarding NME modchips.  So no, you don't respond to all of your emails.

In reference to Rajax,  we have every email sent to us on file.  What's your email address?  We can check with customer service to see if a response was sent to you with the time and date.  You may have received the email as junk.  If we didn't answer our emails we wouldn't be taking the time to respond in an xbox forum......Please let us know
