Organize Nme 1.2 Info

Can you people who have done successful nme mods post pics and useful tricks and info to help me get my 47dj operational?  So far what I've read and the solder points and pics I've seen seem pretty confusing.  If you can whip something up I'd appreciate it.  Even pointing me to some useful links would help.  Thanks.
