Not 1 Succesful Boot With Nme Premod.
« on: December 29, 2006, 08:18:00 PM »

I bought a premod console with a NME 1.1, I got the samsung drive with kreon to read discs, got the pioneer 111d to burn, and got the verbatims, and am following the instructions to the letter and all I keep getting is the white screen telling me to insert the game in an xbox 360 console. I have checked the burnt games and they read as dvdrom, so the have burned right. What could be the problem here?

Does your Pre-mod NME play other backed up games that you had prior to you getting the samsung drive with kreon 0.81 firmware? (so is the xbox only coming up with the error with the one's you have backed up since you've had that drive with the firmware?)

if so that rules out any problem with the NME , have you got the latest aspi and firmware for your pioneer?

The NME 1.1 does not read discs from a pioneer 11d, you'll have to get another burner.

after ripping the games and and creating the image, have you used the NME aSSociator to relocate the SS sectors so that the image is exactly 7.525.056 KB? if you skipped this step im pretty sure your nme chip wont boot the back up.  you can get it at the nme-360 website under how to.  If you did use that program to convert your game image and it's still not booting, im not sure...but like other people said maybe the pioneer 111d

mine's being modded as i post this and i havent got it back yet so once i do i'm using a pioneer 111d along with the nme v1.2 and let you know if i have any problems.  good luck though

I have followed the instructions to the letter, but i read that if you come up tp the damn white screen telling u to put the dvd in an x360, it means that the game was burned wrong.

YOU CANT USE THE 111D WITH THE 1.1 , its that simple, I just got my 1.2 working and it did work with the pioneer 111 and the 108 as well using VVerbatims 2.4 speed, I converted a Xtreme Iso and followed the instructions from the website and it worked on my first try.

Could be a laser adjustment.

This is really frustrating. A bios update would be great right about now..... rolleyes.gif
