If anyone would like to provide a video on installing an NME chip it would be great

Actually, It is very easy to do.
Before I got my chip I took my machine apart. Solder the wire (7wires) to the dvd drive and labeled the wires. When I got the chip...I used double sided tape the stick the chip on top of the drive. I passed the wires through one of the tabs of the dvd case otherwise the wires will cut.
When all the wires were soldered...I went to test out my install. At first I got 2 red lights but with some reading I found out the the black screws need to be screwed back on. Those screws hold the heat sinks in place. So if you are going to test your machine before putting it all back together...screw the black one first.
After that everything worked fine.
I removed the Y(network disable) and the X(LED disable when backup detected). Reason for that being...if I will use a back up, I can easily disconnect my network cable. As for the LED...I like the green light

So in reality...I soldered 5 wires...5v, GND, A, I and B.
One more thing....This is the first XBOX360 I have ever done. So It is VERY easy to do. The hardest part is taking the console apart.
Note that I have a Samsung drive. I suspect that the Hitachi is just as easy because there is no need to remove the epoxy anymore.
Best of luck.
