Nme-360 & Xbc 2.2

@ Foundmy

Appreciate the work that went into the v1.1 chip. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about reopening the box. Tried my 1st backup (on Samsung D162) with XBC 2.2 (which does SS automatically), but saw on the underdog site - it says to run associator to make it NME compatible. Finished installing chip, retail Oblivion works great; backup Oblivion says "put this disc into a 360 for play" or something like that. Is associator still necessary?, should I be using older version of XBC? Any help would be appreciated.

That's what I did. The final number showed up as the underdog web site states: "After patching it must be exactly 7.705.657.344 Bytes of size. (in KB it is 7.525.056)". Burned it at 2.4x but still no luck. Any ideas, please

I had that same problem.  Turned out my install was bad.

I would suggest taking the epoxy of the eprom and soldering to the legs instead of the alt points.  This will give you alot better connection.
