nme 1.1 has 5 wires for hitachi.

Wiring looks good ( maybe put pin 5 wire to proper spot and not wher you have it ) to but would be nice to see close up of where the 3 wires are connected side by side ( aka your 3 wires )

Christineyoung please tell me where 5 is supposed to go .....do i have it wrong on the board or the chip... as far as the 3 wires side by side i'll try a closer pic but I closed it all back up, but if I really do have 5 wrong.. i'll open the box back up right now. I resealed it till I got an answer , a replacement , or I got with the majority of the scene and just flashed. I checked those 3 with a continuity tester to be sure they weren't crossing ... and I triple checked to make sure they were on the right spot with a magnifier ....I would greatly appreciate your response... i was about to send it back today... I had placed wire 5 on the spot The NME diagrams show but if there is an alternative I haven't heard or seen it.........Ben i'm pretty sure I don't have a clone, but your half right the 1.0 is 11 wires but I know my limits I didn't want to play with so many wires so close..so i brought the new version 1.1 with  just 5 wires and only 3 requiring a steady hand. .. Thanks to both of you guys I was feeling a little lonely with like 100 views and without an answer in like 6 days.....

After a closer look.... a minute after I posted this I see where wire 5 is different .. Hopefully that was it... Christineyoung Thank You.. I will get to work right after i clean my darn fish tank .. and post further pics if necessary... hopefully I won't have to.

There it goes ditched the fish tank and decided to reopen... still no luck, put wire 5 in the right spot but still error 64... remove nme and i'm back in business

Hi, no matter what digram for hitachi i look at your pin #5 is in wrong place.

Your pin 5 is completely across to pcb from pin 6.  look at diagram again and you will see that pin 5 goes to 1/2 way across board.  Near two white regtangles above big black chip.

Yes i know both + but sometimes grabbing from indicated spot due to voltage is only way to get working.

Well I'm sending mine back I got an rma from divineo. And when I get it back i'll sell it,,, because I just couldn't take it and I flashed. It's free and can be undone and if the stealth isn't already good enough i'm sure they'll find ways to make it better. NME just doesn't give the support that you pay for christineyoung again thanks...Now time to go learn how to make some backups. Hope it's easy with an sh-d162.
