Ok I see what you mean now. Thats not such a bad idea. I see what you're saying about future exploits but MS might not bother with blobs on other newer versions of xbox. Eg, like with the first version of the xbox 1 the LPC ports were filled with solder but all future versions were left empty. I think its strange they didn't just do the same thing and stick a blob of epoxy over the LPC port??. It would probably have stopped alot of people modding their xboxs since without it its almost like a mod chip port. With things like solderless adapters on the market making it so easy to fit a chip with no skills.
At the moment I wouldn't go near installing a firmware hack chip. It seems like too much risk and hastle just to play copied games on expensive dual layer dvds!. In saying that I don't even own a 360
