Dvd Key Recovery Xenon\falcon

I have 7 Xbox 360s that have broken or mixed up DVD drives and I need to get the DVD key off the mother board so I can replace the drives.
I'm guessing I have to JTAG in order to get the keys but I want to return them to stock so online gaming is possible after they are fixed.
So many fake and outdated tutorials I know someone knows the latest easiest way to get the keys.
Yes I can solider, Please help.
