I'm assuming you installed 2.25 using the default.xex right? If that's the case, I do recall you need to plop in the launch.ini to your USB0 or HDD1 Root so Dashlaunch knows what to boot into.

Hmm not sure that would cause this. I'm running glitched Slim 4GB with launch.ini on external 1TB hard drive. When the external drive is connected I get taken to Freestyle dash, if I boot without drive connected it takes me to standard NXE dash. So i'm not sure that missing launch.ini would cause a red dot - i've certainly never seen it!
