Hi everyone!

I have tried to glitch hack 2 falcon mobos to get the dvd keys because they were lost.
I have 3 identical nand dumps each. After making the image_00000.ecc and flashing it to the nand with nandpro usb: +W16 image_00000.ecc and soldering the falcon programmed matrix glitcher to the board, the xboxes dont even turn on anymore.
The image_00000.ecc file was 1.32MB,is that normal?
After disconnecting the matrix glitcher and flashing back the original nand one console boots fine and the other one went to E79 and after booting with sync pressed E71 :?
Do I have to erase the nand before flashing the image.ecc??
Any ideas what I could be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated!
