Unbanning Xbox Console

Hey guys so i have a friends old 360 that now has the 3 red rings and my modded console that is banned online. Is there anyway i can use his Key from his unbanned on my banned console to unban it?

Easy to boot up XeLL with reset glitch hack, but I would assume you would be banned on the next big dash update for same reasons as before (easy for M$ to detect a swapped KV).
